Recovered OCC is slushed and coarse-screened, and then treated by fiber fractionating. The fractionated short-fiber is used as filler pulp after simple sand-removing and thickening, and the fractionated long fiber can be used as undertop-layer pulp or under-layer pulp after fine screening, dispersing and refining. This process flow can reduce power consumption as well as improve appearance quality of final paper.
