The Whole machine adopts advanced asynchronous servo driving system, PLC control, Operate on Touch screen. With continue (Non stop) rewinding , The machine have a stable running and high-efficiency production.
1. Continue rewinding with stable running and high production efficiency.
2. Separate asynchronous servo driving system: Each part of machine is module-type assembling, which can make the different functions of the machine to be easily added or minus. So that customer can get variable products.
3. Lamination unit:
a) when producing kitchen towel, to apply the glue to the bulgy area of the embossed paper web.
b) When producing Deco toilet roll, to apply the colorful glue to the 2 plies or 3 plies paper , to show the toilet roll in different pattern with color(the pattern is subject to the embosser design), to stick the different plies of paper together while will not destroy the softness of the paper.
