Description of High consistency hydrapulper:
High consistency hydrapulper is designed with reference to the foreign data and is mainly used in the deinking process of waste paper. It can disintegrate the waste papers rapidly under the condition of high concentration and the water temperature of 60-90 ° C and can make the ink particles separated from the fiber through the effect of the chemicals and the ink particles and impurity maintain the original size as much as possible so that the following processes of ink removal, screening and purification can be carried out smoothly. Finally the high whiteness pulp stock is produced by using the waste papers, saving steam, drugs and power consumption. High consistency hydrapulper has become one of the indispensable core equipment in the waste paper deinking and pulping process.
